Danya - PTA/Owner & Jacob - OWner

Born and raised in Camp Verde, Danya and Jacob have proudly planted their roots in the same town they’ve always called home.

Danya has worked in the physical therapy field for more than 13 years, gaining valuable experience through internships, hands-on patient care, and continued education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she attended on a rodeo scholarship, before advancing her education at Pima Medical Institute. There, she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license under the mentorship of respected professionals in the field.

Now entering her fifth year as a licensed PTA, Danya is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their fitness and wellness goals and return to the activities they love. She takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual she works with. In addition to her role in physical therapy, Danya serves as the Head Softball Coach at Camp Verde High School, where she enjoys mentoring young athletes and giving back to the community that raised her.

Outside of work and coaching, Danya and Jacob enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors with family. Together, they are proud to support the Camp Verde community and are grateful for the continued backing of their family, friends, and patients as they promote rehabilitation and healthy living.

Brennan, PT, DPT

Brennan is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong background in exercise science and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, where he also met his wife, Jordan, a talented CPA. After completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Brennan utilized his love for the outdoors and various athletics to develop personalized treatment plans for his patients, offering a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation.

Sherry - PTA

Sherry grew up in Camp Verde, Arizona, and earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University before becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant through Gateway Community College. With over 15 years of experience in fitness and wellness, she is dedicated to helping people of all ages enhance their health, mobility, and quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Inspired by her brother with Williams Syndrome, Sherry has volunteered with Special Olympics Arizona since 2001, coaching basketball and softball. She also serves on the Camp Verde Little League board and coaches multiple youth sports. Alongside her husband, she raises their four children on their local farm, where her love for family, service, and community continues to grow as she advocates for rehabilitation and support for all.

Krista - Office Manager

Born and raised in Camp Verde, Arizona, Krista is proud to call the Verde Valley home. A devoted wife and mother of two, she’s committed to serving her community—both in the clinic and beyond. Krista actively participates on the local Little League board and leads FFA Pals, initiatives that strongly support youth and community programs focused on fitness and wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and exploring Arizona’s beautiful outdoors. At the clinic, Krista is dedicated to providing excellent care through personalized treatment plans, ensuring a welcoming experience for every patient, including those in need of rehabilitation.

Miranda - Physical Therapist Technician

Born and raised in Camp Verde, Miranda is proud to still call it home. She’s happily married to her high school sweetheart, and together they share four beloved fur babies. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with family and friends. As a Physical Therapist Technician at Diamond D Rehab Fitness and Wellness, Miranda has spent the past year enhancing her skills and passion for patient care, particularly in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to her patients' needs. She loves the family-like atmosphere and finds it rewarding to build connections and witness patients progress on their rehabilitation journeys.
